Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 3mbw ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "player"). By accessing the 3mbw website, mobile site or application, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. 3mbw reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of any significant changes.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services at 3mbw, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal.
• You must have a valid and active mobile financial account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay).
• Registering more than one account under the same person is prohibited.
• Your account may not be operated on behalf of another person.

2.2 Account Information

2.3 Account Security

Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

3mbw currently accepts deposits only through Bangladesh's mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

• Deposit amounts must remain within the specified limits.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly after being made.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on 3mbw are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not permitted.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

3mbw offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus requires 10x (ten times) wagering. Wagering applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — if wagering is not completed within that time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Certain games may be restricted when playing with bonus funds.
• 3mbw reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Usage Terms

All games offered on the 3mbw platform are operated through trusted software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming and Ezugi). Outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness.

• Using automated software, bots or artificial means during gameplay is prohibited.
• If a technical error or network disruption affects a game result, 3mbw will review the situation and attempt to provide a fair resolution.

5.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA), kabaddi and various other sports. The official result of an event is the final result for betting purposes. 3mbw reserves the right to change odds or void markets for any event.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Any attempt at fraud, collusion or causing harm to other players.
• Attempting to intrude into or hack the platform's software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

VIP Program and Cashback

The 3mbw VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Players can move up to higher tiers through regular play.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

VIP benefits are subject to change and 3mbw reserves the right to modify the program terms at any time. Cashback is credited at a set time each week and associated wagering requirements may also apply.

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension or Closure by 3mbw

3mbw reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud or abuse.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).
• Legal obligations or directives from regulatory authorities.

7.2 Closure at the User's Request

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Amendments to Terms
